Plummer Park buzzed with laughter, music, and nonstop activity as families from across West Hollywood gathered for the City’s 2026 WeHo Rec Expo & Kids Fair. The free community celebration transformed the park into a colorful hub of games, demonstrations, giveaways, and hands-on fun for kids and adults alike.
Children proudly marched through the park during the spirited “Kids Have Voices, Too!” march, carrying handmade posters and sharing messages of creativity, kindness, and community pride. Inside Fiesta Hall and Great Hall, families explored local school programs, recreation classes, and community services while enjoying interactive activities and entertainment throughout the afternoon.
The event also brought together representatives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and Fire Department, who connected with attendees through educational booths and family-friendly demonstrations. From arts and crafts to community resources, the Rec Expo delivered an energetic snapshot of everything West Hollywood offered for families, youth, and lifelong learners.
