The WeHo Pride Arts Festival filled the Los Angeles LGBT Center's Village at Ed Gould Plaza with theater, cabaret, film screenings, live drawing sessions, and an artist marketplace spanning two days of free programming.

On May 23 and May 24, 2026, this year’s WeHo Pride Arts Festival transformed the Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Village at Ed Gould Plaza for one weekend into a vibrant celebration of LGBTQ+ creativity, storytelling, and self-expression. Community members from throughout West Hollywood and across the region gathered for two days of inspiring performances, thought-provoking conversations, and artistic discovery.

The WeHo Pride Arts Festival annually spotlights artists, writers, performers, and creators whose work reflects the many experiences of LGBTQ+ communities. Throughout the weekend, festivalgoers immersed themselves in an eclectic mix of programming that showcased the depth and diversity of queer voices. Audiences laughed, cheered, reflected, and connected through an impressive lineup of theatre performances, cabaret showcases, literary readings, film screenings, mariachi concerts, and interactive workshops.

Visual arts programming emerged as one of the WeHo Pride Arts Festival’s most popular attractions. Attendees explored gallery exhibits, observed artists at work during live model drawing sessions, and discovered new perspectives around every corner of The Village. Creative energy flowed throughout courtyard as guests moved between gallery exhibitions and theatre performances, engaging with art in all its forms.

The artist marketplace at the WeHo Pride Arts Festival was equally lively, featuring vendors offering original artwork, handcrafted goods, jewelry, prints, apparel, and other creative works. Attendees had the opportunity to meet artists directly, learn about their creative processes, and support LGBTQ+ makers and small businesses.

The City of West Hollywood’s free PickUp provided a convenient connection between West Hollywood and the Arts Festival venue, helping attendees travel easily to and from The Village, located just outside West Hollywood in the City of Los Angeles.

Since its launch in 2007 as One City One Pride, the WeHo Pride Arts Festival has grown into a cherished tradition that highlights the essential role of art in advancing visibility, fostering understanding, and building community. This year’s festival carried that tradition forward, creating a vibrant space for LGBTQ+ artists to share their stories through music, performance, literature, film, and visual art.

By the close of the weekend, the Arts Festival had woven together a colorful tapestry of creativity, expression, and connection. Whether attendees came for a powerful spoken-word performance, a captivating film, a dazzling act, or simply to browse the gallery and connect with fellow LGBTQ+ art lovers, they experienced the energy, imagination, and sense of community that continue to make the WeHo Pride Arts Festival a beloved part of Pride season.
