The City of West Hollywood welcomed community members to Plummer Park for an engaging and forward-looking Community Open House on the evening of Tuesday, April 14, 2026 where ideas for the park’s future were in full bloom.
Held at Great Hall/Long Hall and courtyard, the Open House marked an important milestone in the Plummer Park Comprehensive Improvement Plan: the completion of its initial phase of community engagement. From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., attendees explored a series of exhibits and displays that brought the community’s voice to life — highlighting key themes, priorities, and creative ideas gathered from residents along the way.
Guests had the opportunity to review a summary of community feedback, dive into an updated Needs Assessment, and see how their input is helping shape what comes next. The atmosphere was both informative and inviting, with City staff on hand to answer questions, spark conversation, and gather even more insights in an informal setting.
With refreshments, giveaways, and thoughtful discussion flowing, the Open House served as both a reflection on what’s been heard and a preview of what’s to come. As the City looks ahead to the next phase of planning, the event made one thing clear: the future of Plummer Park is being built hand-in-hand with the community it serves.
