The City of West Hollywood offers a variety of youth and teen programs throughout the year.
The City’s Plummer Park is home to the West Hollywood Teen Center which supports opportunities for youth to develop their physical, social, and cognitive abilities as well as experience fun and organized activities that encourage leadership and build confidence. All activities and excursions are free!
The Teen Center features a volunTEEN program that provides volunteer opportunities for teens to gain experience necessary for the job market such as leadership, communication skills, dependability, time management, and decision making. The volunTEEN program meets the first Thursday of each month from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Teens also have the opportunity to apply for the City of West Hollywood’s Teen Action Committee Program, which helps young people find their most powerful voices by bringing together local teens to collaborate on projects, volunteer in their community, support City events, and take action on issues that matter most to them.
